Approaching God in Our Own Flesh: Sex, Body Consciousness and Energy Awareness
Dr. Richard Moss has, for more than two decades, guided people from all over the world into greater spiritual maturity, helping people of many disciplines and backgrounds to honor their own essential spirituality and become more authentically and fully human. His teaching is a contemporary psychology of consciousness that follows in the lineage of the great wisdom traditions.
"In 1977, early in my work as a physician, I had a spontaneous realization that changed my understanding of myself and of life so totally that I began a new journey of learning and discovery and a new career sharing the awakening of consciousness with others. From the beginning I knew that I had been given a direct experience of the ineffable written about by mystics and saints, but life would soon show me that any such realization remains partial until it is embodied in healthy relationships."
He is the author of five books which have been translated into five languages, including The I That is We, The Black Butterfly, The Second Miracle, and Words that Shine Both Ways. Richard teaches in Europe, South America, and Australia, as well as in the United States. The essence of this teaching has two arcs: the movement to awaken to higher potentials of consciousness and the work to transform self-limiting emotional and psychological patterns.
